To change or cancel your Destination Desert Expert tour dates, please contact us by phone or email.

Cancellation Policy

✔ Full Refund: Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.

✖ No Refund: If the tour is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, NO REFUND will be provided.

Late Arrival & No-Show

You are responsible for arriving on time for your Destination Desert Expert tour. Pickup vehicles may wait briefly; however, if you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be issued.

Your pickup time and location will be communicated via email.

Tour Cancellation by Us

If your tour is cancelled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your original payment method.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
The cancellation policy applies based on the original purchase date.

Switching Tours

You may switch from one tour to another, including custom tours.
You will only pay the price difference if applicable.
No additional processing fees apply.
If switching to a lower-priced tour, the difference will be refunded.

Vehicle Breakdown

In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour using alternative transportation.

No refund will be issued for time lost or vehicle changes. However, if the tour is cancelled due to a breakdown, a FULL REFUND will be provided.
