By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Reservations
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Bookings are provisional until full payment is received.
- You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details.
2. Payments
- Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or approved methods.
- All prices are charged in AED unless stated otherwise.
- A non-refundable deposit (30–50%) is required at booking.
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 30 days before tour: Refund minus deposit.
- 15–30 days: 50% refund.
- 7–14 days: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund.
4. Tour Participation
- Some tours involve physical activity and desert conditions.
- Medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
5. Liability
Destination Desert Expert acts as an intermediary for third-party suppliers.
We are not liable for their acts or omissions. Our liability is limited to
the total amount paid for the booking.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances
beyond our control such as weather, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
